【摘要】 目的:评价中医综合干预对肝癌介入治疗患者的周边症状及生存期的影响。方法:选择肝癌介入治疗患者110例,随机分为中医综合干预组与对照组,干预组56例,对照组54例。对照组给予西药常规保肝及对症处理,干预组在对照组基础上予以中医分型治疗,并配合针灸治疗。结果:干预组治疗后对诸多临床症状改善明显,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。对照组仅肢倦身重差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组中位生存期(11.5月)与平均生存期(21.8±6.7月)与对照组中位生存期(9.1月)与平均生存期(15.2±4.3月)比效亦有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:中医综合干预可明显改善肝癌介入治疗患者的临床症状并能延长生存期,改善肝癌患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effects of comprehensive TCM intervention on peripheral symptoms and survival of patients with liver cancer in interventional treatment.Methods: 110 patients with liver cancer treated by intervention were randomly divided into TCM comprehensive intervention group and control group,54 patients in control group treated with conventional western medicine to protect liver and symptomatic treatment,and on the basis,56 patients in intervention group with TCM treatment according to different types and combined acupuncture treatment.Results: The clinicalsymptoms in the intervention group after treatment were improved significantly,the difference between before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Only the symptems of tired limbs and heaving sensation in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences compared the median survival(11.5 months) and mean survival(21.8±6.7 months) in intervention group with the median survival(9.1 months)and mean survival(15.2±4.3 months) in control group were also significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: Comprehensive TCM intervention can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with liver cancer treated by intervention and can prolong survival and improve life quality of the patients.更多还原
