河南省艾滋病高发区HIV/AIDS人群安全套使用情况和影响因素

【摘要】 目的:了解河南省AIDS高发区人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者/艾滋病患者(HIV/AIDS)安全套的使用情况和影响因素。方法:采用分级整群抽样的方法抽取3个项目县中9个自然村的HIV/AIDS人群进行问卷调查,包括一般人口学特征、AIDS基本知识及安全套使用情况等,采用logistic回归模型进行统计学分析。结果:HIV/AIDS人群中,每次或经常使用安全套的人数占49.5%。年龄越大,安全套使用率越低,其OR值为0.941(95%CI为0.921～0.961);AIDS基本知识得分越高,安全套使用率越高,其OR值为1.620(95%CI为1.080～2.432);高中及高中以上文化程度者安全套使用率高于文盲,其OR值为5.289(95%CI为1.876～14.911)。结论:河南省AIDS高发区部分HIV/AIDS安全套使用意识较为淡薄。AIDS基本知识、文化程度及年龄是安全套使用率的主要影响因素。

【Abstract】 Aim:To investigate the situation and the influencing factors of condom using in HIV-positive people and AIDS patients(HIV/AIDS) from high prevalence areas of AIDS in Henan.Methods:A total of 739 HIV/AIDS from AIDS high prevalence areas in Henan were sampled by stratified sampling method and interviewed using a questionnaire survey.The logistic regression was used for analysis.Results:The frequent condom use rate was 49.5%.The older,the lower condom use rate with the OR of 0.941(95%CI=0.921～0.961).The higher of the AIDS-related knowledge score,the higher condom use rate with the OR of 1.620(95%CI=1.080～2.432).The condom use rate in people with high education level was higher than people with low educational level with the OR of 5.289(95%CI=1.876～14.911).Conclusion:A part of HIV/AIDS from high prevalence areas of AIDS in Henan have weak consciousness of using condom.The main influencing factors of condom use are AIDS-related knowledge,education level and age.
