【摘要】 目的探讨早期康复训练对脑梗死患者肢体功能恢复的影响。方法将我院2009-12—2011-12收治的106例脑梗死患者随机分成2组,对照组53例采用常规药物治疗,康复组53例在此基础上采取早期康复训练。观察2组患者的肢体功能恢复情况。结果 2组治疗后Fugl-Meyer评分与Barthel指数均较治疗前有所提高,且康复组改善幅度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复训练能促进脑梗死患者肢体功能恢复,明显改善患者生活质量及预后,值得临床借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation training on the recovery of extremity function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 106 cases cerebral infarction patients from December 2009 to December 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,53 cases in the control group received general treatment,53 cases in the rehabilitation group were given early rehabilitation training on the basis of general treatment.The recovery of extremity function in two groups was observed and compared.Results After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index in two groups were significantly higher than those of pre-treatment,the improvement extent of rehabilitation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitated training can promote the extremity function of the patients with acute cerebral infarction,and significantly improve the patient’s quality of life and prognosis,which is good for clinical application.更多还原
