【摘要】 目的分析手术室择期手术延迟原因并提出管理对策,为提高手术室运行效率提供依据。方法采用抽样调查、专项调查、专家座谈等方法,对本院部分科室择期手术延迟情况进行调查,内容包括患者、医生进入手术室时间,麻醉开始、生效及手术切皮时间和手术结束时间等。结果84.80%择期手术延迟。手术延迟原因中医疗相关原因占43.94%,麻醉相关原因占37.61%,手术室原因占13.01%。结论择期手术延迟状况较为严重,应制定出各科手术前准备时间,与相关科室密切协作,对手术过程管理不断完善和持续改进,提高手术间利用率和周转率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze causes of delays in elective operation,to put forward management strategies,and to provide information for improving efficiency of operating room.Methods Through a sample survey,an ad hoc survey,and panel discussion,we investigated causes of delays in elective operation and various time points: the moments when patients and surgeons entered an operating room,when anesthesiologists started to induce anesthesia,when the anesthetics started to work,when the skin was cut open,and when the surgery ended,etc.were recorded from which various time intervals were derived. Results Totally,84.80% elective operations were delayed.Medical related delays accounted for 43.94%,anesthesia related delays accounted for 37.61%,and operating-room-related delays accounted for 13.01%.Conclusion Elective operation is severely delayed.The preparation time of various operations should be set,collaboration among related departments should be strengthened,and the management of operation process should be continuously improved so as to improve the utilization and circulation of operating rooms.更多还原
