【摘要】 目的:探讨手术室实施优质护理服务的效果。方法:成立领导小组,统一认识,对患者和医师实施优质护理服务,定期质量检查和满意度调查。结果:实施优质护理服务后,手术室护理质量和满意度均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务能够有效提高手术室护士综合素质、护理工作质量和满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore effect on improving the high-quality nursing service in operating room.Methods:A leading group was set up to unified and guide understanding.The high-quality nursing service was applied to patients and doctors.The checks and satisfied survey were used periodically.Results:The nursing quality and the satisfaction for patients and doctors were significantly improved comparing with that before implementing the project(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:To carry out high-quality nursing service can effectively improved the overall quality of nurses,the nursing quality and the satisfaction for patients and doctors.更多还原
