【摘要】 目的:观察糖皮质激素与β2受体激动剂联合吸入治疗儿童哮喘的疗效分析。方法:收集我院2006-04～2007-06儿科急诊及门诊诊断为哮喘的患儿125例,按单双日进行随机分组,治疗组选用糖皮质激素(普米克)与β2受体激动剂(喘康速)吸入,对照组采用普米克单纯吸入治疗,对其临床疗效及肺功能指标进行统计学分析。结果:接受联合吸入治疗并成功随访的有63例,接受单纯激素吸入治疗并成功随访的有62例,两者临床疗效指标比较差异经卡方检验具有统计学意义。同时PEFR之间比较,差异经方差分析同样具统计学意义。结论:对中到重度的哮喘患儿,糖皮质激素与β2受体激动剂联合吸入治疗能较好地控制并改善哮喘的症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect in the treatment of pediatric asthma with corticosteroid and long-actingβ2-agonist.Methods:From Apr 2001 to Jun 2003,125 asthmatic patients were randomly divided into two groups.One group was treated with corticosteroid and long-acting β2-agonist twice daily and the other group was treated with corticosteroid twice daily.The clinical effect index and PEFR were analyzed statistically.Results:There were 63 cases in cure group and 62 cases in contrast group who were follow-up examined and evaluated effectively the clinical effect.The clinical effect index and PEFR had statistically significant.Conclusions:The combination therapy with corticosteroid and β2-agonist has better clinical effect as compared with the corticosteroid therapy solely.更多还原
