【Abstract】 With the serious problems of university students’employment,This has been an efficient way to ease college students’employment difficulty that pushing college students to launch their own businesses and improve the ability of pioneering in an enterprise.Students of economic and management have congenital superiority in starting their own businesses,because they have the systematic basic knowledge in economic and management field.Taking the college students majoring in economics and management as research objects,in his article we analyzed their independent entrepreneurial advantage,discussed the component system of their independent entrepreneurial ability,and put forward ways and methods of training the independent entrepreneurial ability of college students in economic and management specialty based on the teaching status.更多还原
