警察素质提升的路径选择初探

【摘要】 阐述了警察职能对警察人员素质的基本要求,探讨了警察素质中现存的主要问题,并对问题的成因进行了分析,在此基础上,提出了提升警察素质的路径选择。

【Abstract】 Based on police functions,this article discusses the basic requirements of police qualities,deals with the main problems concerning police qualities,and analyses the causes of the problems.Furthermore,this article proposes the approaches to the enhancement of police qualities. Improve the quality of the police route choice.
