【摘要】 用iCAP6300全谱直读光谱仪对铝中铁、硅、铜、锰、锌的测定进行了研究和探讨。对样品中元素的分析谱线,仪器分析参数,准确度和精密度进行了研究,确定了最佳实验条件。相对标准偏差不大于4.40%。方法具有良好的精密度和准确度,操作简单、快捷。经对照分析结果令人满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is reported in this paper that Fe、Si、Cu、Mn and Zn in Aluminium samples can be determined directly by iCAP6300 full spectrum direct-reading spectrometer.The experiment factors including spectra of analyzed element,instrument parameters,accuracy and precision were investigated.The relative standard derivation(RSD) is not more than 4.40%.The method proposed is proved to have good precision and accuracy,and to be simple and rapid.The analytical results are satisfied by control experiment.更多还原
