基于激光照排机制作光栅调制物的实验研究

【摘要】 文章提出了一种用激光照排机来制作消激光散斑光学滤波信息处理实验仪中光栅物的新方法,设计了基于Matlab的光栅调制物的图像处理程序,可以方便地制作45°方向和各种频率的光栅物,实现了45°斜方向光栅调制物的快速、准确、不产生周期畸变的制作。与全息干涉法制作θ调制片相比,该方法制作过程简洁易操作,叠加光栅方便,图案边框套准精确,易于更换图片,可以满足光学信息处理实验的要求。

【Abstract】 A novel method to manufacture the grating-modulated picture is presented based on laser phototypesetter for the optical information processing instrument with laser speckle reduction.An image processing program based on Matlab is designed to facilitate the making of gratings with 45° direction and different frequency.The program can manufacture the gratings with 45° direction quickly and accurately without periodic distortion.Compared with the traditional way of making θ grating-modulated picture by holographic interference method,the method proposed in this paper makes the manufacturing process simple and easy to operate,and it is convenient to add different gratings to different pictures with an accurate matching of the frame pattern.The designed grating-modulated picture can meet the requirements for the optical information processing experiment.
