【摘要】 养老养生地产作为养老地产与养生地产的交集和结合体,复合了房地产开发、养老养生服务、商业地产运营和金融创新等属性,比养老地产和养生地产有着更为光明的产业前景。由于依赖于特定的自然资源和人文资源以及与目标消费人群的结合,我国养老养生地产可能存在一定的区域性竞争,因而需要科学合理和相对明晰的商业开发策略。针对养老养生地产这一独立业态的发展特征,文章从需求开发、产品线设计、商业模式、战略合作伙伴选择等角度对其未来发展策略进行了探讨。更多还原
