【摘要】 为了解竹浆纤维在水刺加工过程中各种因素对水刺非织造布性能的影响,从水刺工艺参数和竹浆纤维的性能两个方面进行了探讨,结果发现:水刺加工中水针的水压、水针管参数、水刺距离、水刺遍数、纤网的速度、托网帘的参数以及竹浆纤维的初始模量、截面形状、纤维纤度、纤维长度等原料性能对非织造布性能的影响较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to know the influence of bamboo viscose fiber on performance of spunlaced nonwoven during the spunlacing,the spunlace process parameters and properties of bamboo viscose fiber were discussed respectively.The results showed that the spunlace pressure,water needle parameters,spunlace distance,times of spunlacing,web running speed,as well as initial modulus of bamboo viscose fiber,fiber cross section,fiber titer and fiber length had big influences to the performances of spunlaced nonwoven.更多还原
