【Abstract】 Grey system theory is focused on the study of small sample,poor information and the uncertainty system,thus it is the basic principle of grey system theory to fully tap the existing information containing the system natural law.On the basis of in-depth analysis of existing strengthening buffer operator,according to the axioms of buffer operator and the principle of prior using new information,the new strengthening buffer operator is constructed.It is theoretically proved,and the application examples verify the validity of the constructed strengthening buffer operator.更多还原
