【Abstract】 Early childhood teachers are the first teachers of children into the collective educational institutions.Ideological and moral requirements for them are high.Their professional skills should be strong.Their every word and behavior have an important impact on children.The quality of teachers determines the quality of preschool education.Limited resources should be given priority for teachers reconstruction.Pre-school education teachers in rural areas retain a lower educational attainment,low wages,shortage of training,skills and other problems.These problems directly affect the sound and quick development of rural preschool education.It is the key point to healthy development of the pre-school education to cultivate a team of teachers with noble morality,love of children,good qualifications and reasonable structure.更多还原
