【Abstract】 During the course of the 3rd amendment of the trademark law,all the aspects regarding the establishment and progress of well-known trademark protection system in China should be self-examined.This paper discusses the issues on the dilution rule instead of confusion rule concerning the well-known trademark protection,the general rule of well-known trademark recognition case by case as well as the prohibition of advertisement asserting well-known trademark in business,and gives further comments on the improvement of the well-known trademark protection.更多还原
