【Abstract】 In the knowledge and information times,the librarians ability is more and more decided by their qualities.Through many years’ practice,Binzhou University Library has explored a diversified and individual model for the librarians’ training according to the librarians’ reality and characteristics.The relation that should be well handled and the safeguard measures to support the model are raised and a case of Binzhou University is expounded in this paper.更多还原
