【摘要】 目的研究血清中胃蛋白酶原(PG)亚群(PGⅠ、PGⅡ)的含量与慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌的关系,探讨血清PG测定对萎缩性胃炎及胃癌患者的临床诊断价值。方法用时间分辨荧光免疫分析(TRFIA)方法检测66例萎缩性胃炎及胃癌患者血清PG的含量,并与对照组进行统计学分析。结果 (1)与对照组相比,萎缩性胃炎及胃癌患者,PGⅠ水平显著性下降(P<0.05),但PGⅡ差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而PGⅠ/PGⅡ有所下降。(2)与萎缩性胃炎组相比,胃癌患者PGⅠ、PGⅡ及PGⅠ/PGⅡ略低于萎缩性胃炎,P>0.05。结论血清PG的水平是慢性萎缩性胃炎和胃癌患者筛查的敏感指标,即血清PG的含量与胃黏膜疾病密切相关。而血清PGⅠ及PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值降低有可能是萎缩性胃炎和胃癌人群的早期筛查和辅助性诊断的血清学指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between content of serum pepsinogen Ⅰ,Ⅱ and atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer,and investigate the clinical value of serum pepsinogen level in early diagnosis for atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer.Methods Serum pepsinogen content was detected with time resolved fluorescence immunoassay(TRFIA) for 66 cases of atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer,and statistical analysis was performed compared with the control group.Results(1) Compared with the normal control group,The content of serum PGⅠ was significantly lower in patients with atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer(P<0.05),and the ratio of PGⅠ/PGⅡ was also lower,but PGⅡ did not change significantly(P>0.05).(2) Compared with the atrophic gastritis patients,the content of the serum PGⅠ,PGⅡ and the ratio of PGⅠ/PGⅡ were slightly decreased in patients with gastric cancer,P>0.05.Conclusion The level of serum PG might be a sensitive index for screening chronic atrophic gastritis gastropathy,and gastric cancer,namely the content of serum PG is closely related to the gastric mucosa,and the decreased ratio of serum PGⅠ and PGⅠ/PGⅡ is a serological marker for early screening atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer.更多还原
