【摘要】 目的:观察活血定眩丸配合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病(cervical spondylopathy of vertebralartery,CSA)的疗效。方法:治疗组口服活血定眩丸配合手法治疗:手法治疗,l次/d;活血定眩丸,3次/d,口服。对照组单纯手法治疗,1次/d。2组均以4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后评定疗效。结果:治疗组治愈73例,显效10例,好转9例,无效8例,总有效率为92.0%。对照组治愈36例,显效19例,好转5例,无效10例,总有效率为85.7%。2组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:活血定眩丸配合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病在总疗效及单一症状改善方面均优于单纯手法治疗组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of HuoXue DingXuanWan and mainpulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery.Method:Treatment group were administered by intake of HuoXue DingXuanWan combined with manipulation,manipulation once per day;HuoXue DingXuanWan,3 times/d,oral administration. Control group were only treated with manipulation,once per day.For both of the groups a course of treatment is 4 weeks,to evaluate the effects after a course of treatment.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group is 92%,among them 73 cases cured,10 remarked effective,9 improved,8 ineffective.While total effective rate of control group is 85.7%,36 cured,19 remarked effective,5 improved,10 ineffective.Comparison of the effects between two groups showed a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:HuoXue DingXuanWan combined with manipulation in treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis is superior to mainpulation in total effects and improving single symptom.更多还原
