HPLC测定黄芪药材中的毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷

【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对我国7个省68个黄芪样品进行了毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷成分的含量测定。以毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量作为衡量优劣指标,建立了黄芪药材质量标准,研究不同产地黄芪药材的质量。7个省68个黄芪药材样品检测结果表明,不同产地黄芪药材毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷成分的含量差异较大,其中:山西>内蒙>甘肃>辽宁;不同品种黄芪药材毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷成分的含量差异较大,其中:栽培品种<野生品种;生长年限不同,毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷成分的含量也不同,其中:二年生>五年生>三年生>四年生。采用HPLC进行黄芪药材的质量评价切实可行,为制药企业选用黄芪药材提供科学、可靠的依据。

【Abstract】 The contents of calycosin-7-glucoside of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bunge samples from different producing areas were determined by HPLC with calycosin-7-glucoside content as measurement quality index,and the medicinal materials quality standards of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bunge was established,then the quality of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bunge from the different producing areas was studied.The 68 samples were from seven provinces in China.The detection results of 68 Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bunge from 7 provinces showed the differences of calycosin-7-glucoside componential contents were large in Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bunge from different producing areas,and contents ordered as follows:Shanxi>Inner Mongolia>Gansu>Liaoning.The differences of calycosin-7-glucoside componential contents were big among different varieties of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bunge,but the contents of cultivar varieties were less than wild varieties.The contents of calycosin-7-glucoside componential were different due to different growing time,and contents of growing time law the order as follows:two years>five years>three years>four years.The quality evaluation of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bunge by HPLC was available,and can provide the scientific and confident judgment for pharmacy factory in the selection of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bunge.
