SND6800球磨剂对纳米ZrO2水悬浮液性质的影响
Influence of SND6800 Milling Ball Agent on Properties of Nano ZrO2 Aqueous Suspensions
【摘要】 研究了SND6800球磨剂对纳米ZrO2水悬浮液性质的影响。结果表明。粒径小于15nm ZrO2在SND6800球磨剂的水相中球磨2h制备的悬浮液,可稳定存在14天。SND6800球磨剂与ZrO2的质量比为3.5:100,悬浮液的吸光度较小、表面张力较大、黏度较小、沉降率接近最低值。SND6800球磨剂的含量对悬浮液的密度和pH值影响不大。
【Abstract】 The effects of SND6800 milling ball agent on properties of nano ZrO2 aqueous suspension were studied.The aqueous suspension can be stable for 14 days,when particle size was less than 15nm ZrO2 in SND6800 milling agent for milling 2h.When mass ratio of SND6800 milling agent and ZrO2 was 3.5:100,suspensions had lower absorbance,larger surface tension,lower viscosity,and sedimentation rate of suspensions was closed to the minimum value.The influences of the content of SND6800 milling agent on pH value and the density of suspension were little.
