超临界机组调试阶段水冷壁爆管原因分析及对策

【摘要】 某超临界锅炉水冷壁在调试阶段发生爆管,从爆口处外观形貌、化学成分、金相组织、力学性能进行原因分析,可以判定此次爆管属于短时过热爆管,过热的原因推断为异物堵塞,并提出相应对策。

【Abstract】 Water-cooled wall tube bursting is hapened during trial run in 660 MW supereritical unit,it analyzed causations of bursting by macrostructure,chemical composition check,metallographic check,tensile testing.The results indicate that short time over temperature has led to the tube failure,because Water-cooled wall tube is blocked by foreign matters,and and the corresponding countermeasure is put forward.
