【摘要】 充分考虑了目前各种精播机不能适用于田间恶劣的作业条件,开发了一种气力式玉米精播机播种监控LED显示系统。研制的专用传感器克服了光电传感器的弊端,测量数据准确度高。从电路功能上实现了种子的堵塞报警和缺种报警指示,并且显示出故障所在的具体位置,避免了种子施播断条现象的发生。田间使用结果表明,该系统性能稳定可靠,对农业生产具有巨大的生产意义和经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fully considering the present various precision seeders can’t apply field deteriorative operational conditions,developed a seeding monitoring LED display system for pneumatic type corn precision seeder.Developed special-purpose sensor overcomes the disadvantages of the photoelectric sensor,the measuring data is high accuracy.From the circuit function,it realized the seeds of jam alarm and the lack seeds alarm of emergency instructions,and shows the location of the source of the problems,avoids the sow seeds was broken bar phenomenon occurs.Field application result shows that this system is stable and reliable performance,to the agricultural production has great production significance and economic benefits.更多还原
