【摘要】 目的考察鸦胆子油口服干乳颗粒剂含量测定前处理方法对油酸和亚油酸提取效果的影响。方法采用气相色谱法测定鸦胆子油口服干乳颗粒剂中油酸与亚油酸的含量,考察了无机盐种类、提取溶剂的种类、提取溶剂的用量和提取次数对提取效果的影响。结果以Na2SO4为破乳剂,正己烷-异丙醇-冰乙酸(体积比10∶40∶1)配合正己烷提取,提取效果最佳。结论该方法灵敏度高、准确、可靠,为鸦胆子油口服干乳颗粒剂含量测定的准确、实用的前处理方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the extraction effect of oleic acid and linoleic acid of Brucea javanica oil dry emulsions with different pretreatment methods.Methods The contents of oleic acid and linoleic acid in the oral granule of Brucea javanica oil dry emulsions were determined with GC,and the effects of the types of inorganic salt,types and volumes of extraction solvent and extraction times were investigated.Results The extraction effect showed the best when Na2SO4 was used as demulsifier,normal hexane-isopropyl alcohol-ice acetic acid(10∶40∶1) accompany with normal hexane extracting.Conclusion This method is sensitive,accurate and reliable,which may provide an accurate and practical method before the assay of the oral granule of Brucea javanica oil dry emulsions.更多还原
