广东烟草青枯病发生与流行因素研究

【摘要】 烟草青枯病是烟草上重要细菌病害,其发生流行因素复杂。研究结果表明,目前广东主栽烟草品种中,没有高抗品种,中抗品种有RG17和云烟87;烟草青枯病菌最适宜生长的温度范围为28~34℃,最低温度范围为12~15℃,最高生长温度为41~42℃,但广东韶关和梅州两大烟区烟草青枯病菌生长的温度和速度存在一定差异。通过南雄和五华两大烟区3年定点观察,结合气象资料分析,广东烟草青枯病一般在4月底至5月初开始发病,5月中下旬至6月中下旬为发病高峰,高温多雨天气到来越早,发病越早,越严重。南雄烟区的紫色土壤中烟草青枯病发生轻,耕作制度的改变对烟草青枯病发生有较大影响。

【Abstract】 Tobacco bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia solanacearum is one of the most important bacterial disease in tobacco.The factors of occurrence and epidemic of this disease are complex.The results of this study showed that at present there is no high resistance tobacco cultivars,except for the middle resistant cultivars RG17 and YuYan87.Temperature tests indicated that the optimum,minimum,maximum growth temperature of R.solanacearum were 28~34℃,12~15℃,41~42℃,respectively.However,the growth temperature of R.solanacearum from Shaoguan city had a slight difference with those from Meizhou city in Guangdong province.On the basis of three years investigations about tobacco bacterial wilt disease at the fixed-spot in tobacco field of Nanxiong and Wuhua cities,as well as the meteorological data analysis,the results showed that tobacco bacterial wilt disease in Guangdong usually occured from the time of the end of April to the early of May,and it reached its peak at the mid-to-late from May to June.The hot and rainy seasons come earlier,the sooner and more serious of the disease outbreak.There was a light incidence of tobacco bacterial wilt within the purple soils in Nanxiong tobacco area.In addition,the changes of farming systems had a great effect on the occurrence of the disease.
