基于网络实验室的生物信息学自主学习研究
The Research on the Autonomous Learning of Bioinformatics Based on the Network Laboratory
【摘要】 如何利用信息技术促进学生自主学习是关系到我国教育信息化和教学改革进程的重要议题。我们搭建了具有网络学习、互助交流、应用计算、开发创新与考核管理五大功能的生物信息学虚拟实验室,发现基于该网络实验室的社区互助式自主学习和反思性学习模式能够有效调动学生的学习积极性,培养学生的自主学习意识与能力,对培育与选拔创新人才具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 How to use information technology to promote students’ autonomous learning is an important issue relevant to China’s education informationization and teaching reform.We set up a virtual bioinformatics laboratory which contains five functions such as supporting e-learning,mutual exchange,applied computing,development and innovation,and appraisal management.The result indicates that the community collaborative autonomous learning and reflective learning modes of the network laboratory are able to effectively motivate students’ enthusiasm to learn and develop their awareness and ability of autonomous learning,which would have important significance to in favor of the training and selecting the innovative talents.
