三苯基甲烷三异氰酸酯粘合剂的合成研究
Synthesis Study of Triphenyl Methane Triisocyanate Adhesive
【摘要】 以三苯基甲烷三异氰酸酯和蓖麻油为原料制备异氰酸酯粘合剂,优化了反应原料三苯基甲烷三异氰酸酯和蓖麻油的最佳摩尔配比为7︰1~5︰1,反应温度为60~80℃,反应时间2 h,此条件下其性能较好。通过红外谱图分析合成的是目标化合物。为工业化生产提供了参考依据,有潜在的工业应用价值。
【Abstract】 Treat triphenyl methane triisocyanate and castor oil as raw material to prepare isocyanate adhesive.Optimized the reaction raw materials triphenyl methane triisocyanate and castor oil molar ratio is 7︰1~5︰1,reaction temperature was 60~80 ℃ and reaction time was 2 h,it was performance under this condition.And through IR spectra analysis determined the production was target compounds.This provided a reference for the industrial production and has potential industrial applications.
