从国内外建设经验探讨广州配电自动化建设模式

【摘要】 以配电自动化的组成和发展为起点,对国内外配电自动化的发展特点、应用情况和实现效果进行评述;通过分析广州电网不同供电区的特点和建设配电自动化的效益,提出广州配电自动化建设的模式和原则,即中心城区和市区配电自动化主要以电缆网自动化、开关房智能化改造和环网柜建设为主,市郊区可在环网率稍高的部分架空线实行架空自动化工程,农村地区实施配电自动化则无效益;应采取电网分区、功能分层、时间分步的建设原则。

【Abstract】 This article starts with composition and development of distribution automation and elaborates development characteristics,application and effect of distribution automation both here and abroad.By analysis on characteristics of different power supply districts and benefit of distribution automation,the paper proposes mode and principle of distribution automation in Guangzhou: distribution automation in city zone and downtown area mainly rests with intelligent reconstruction of cable networks,of switch room;lines in suburban areas where there are high rate of network should be erected to realize overhead automation;in rural areas,the implementation of distribution automation is not beneficial.The construction principle of grid division,function delamination and time division should be implemented.
