【摘要】 目的建立乳胶凝集技术快速检测胃Hp抗原的方法并探讨其临床运用效果。方法采用乳胶凝集技术快速检测胃黏膜Hp抗原,并与快速尿素酶方法和荧光定量PCR方法比较。结果对于近3个月内未服用过制酸剂、铋剂或抗生素的送检者,乳胶凝集法和快速尿素酶法具有相等的检测效能;对于已服用上述药物的患者,乳胶凝集法和荧光定量PCR法具有相等的检测效能。结论乳胶凝集方法具有灵敏、特异、操作简便、快速、不需要复杂仪器设备等优点,为临床检测Hp提供了快速简便的新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a rapid latex agglutination assay for the detection of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) in gastric mucosa.Methods A rapid latex agglutination test was utilized to detect H.pylori antigen in gastric mucosa,and the results were compared with the rapid urease test and fluorescent real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results In patients who did not take antiacids,colloidal bismuth pectin,and antibiotics in the past three months,the latex agglutination assay and rapid urease test were equally effective in detecting the H.pylori antigen.In patients who took those medications in the past three months,the latex agglutination test showed equal specificity and sensitivity in detecting the antigen as fluorescent real-time PCR.Conclusion The latex agglutination assay used in this study is a simple,rapid,sensitive,and specific method for detecting H.pylori antigen in gastric mucosa;it is also inexpensive and convenient to perform.Therefore,this is a quick and easy method for the clinical detection of H.pylori.更多还原
