一种B/S模式下车间层数据传输方案的研究与应用

【摘要】 针对离散制造业信息化系统中管理层和现场控制层之间"信息断层"的局面,提出了一种B/S模式下基于COM组件技术的数据传输方案的设计与实现。结合B/S模式与C/S模式的优势,采用ActiveX控件实现B/S模式下管理层和现场控制层直接通信。通过实验验证了方案,并成功在某生产车间试运行。

【Abstract】 Aiming at "information gap" between the management layer and control layer in the discrete manufacturing informatization solution system,the design and implementation of data transmission solution using COM technology are proposed.This solution combines the advantages of B/S and C/S and adopts ActiveX control to realize direct communication between the management layer and the control layer.It has been verified by experiment and had a successful trial run in some workshop.
