【摘要】 采用吉林市郊区数家鸡场分离鉴定的致病性鸡白痢沙门氏菌,经固体增菌培养纯化后甲醛灭活,制成油佐剂灭活抗原免疫健康蛋鸡;用平板凝集试验检测卵黄抗体效价,当抗体效价达到1:320倍时,收集免疫鸡蛋分离卵黄,减压低温干燥制成卵黄抗体细粉并进行效价测定和安全检测。最后将卵黄抗体细粉以不同比例加入雏鸡饲料,对试验雏鸡进行预防量饲喂后强毒菌攻毒试验、强毒菌攻毒后治疗量的饲喂试验及小区域雏鸡饲喂试验。结果表明,卵黄抗体粉预防添加量为3%和卵黄抗体治疗添加量为6%时,攻毒保护率、治愈率分别为77.50%和72.50%;饲料添加组较同期普通饲养组总发病率降低7个百分点,抗生素用量降低33%,增重率提高6%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pathogenic salmonella pullorum was isolated and identified from a large scale farm in the suburb of Jilin city.It was cultured,purified and inactivated by formaldehyde to immunize healthy laying hens as oil-adjuvant inactivated antigen.The titer of yolk antibody was detected by plate agglutination test.When the titer reached 1:320,eggs were collected from immunized hens for seperating the yolk.Yolk antibody powder was made in the conditions of vacuum and low temperature drying and titer determination and safety testing were carried out.Finally,the yolk antibody powder was added into chicken feed in different proportions.After the test of feeding by the prevention amount,challenge test by strong virulence,the test of feeding by the treatment amount after challenge and chicken feeding trial in small area were carried out.Result showed the prevention amount of yolk antibody powder was 3% and the treatment amount was 6%.The protection rate and cure rate reached up to 77.50% and 72.50%.The total morbidity of feed additive group decreased 7% than ordinary diet group.The amount of antibiotics decreased 33%.The rate of weight gain increased by 6%.更多还原
