温和条件下生物基乙酰丙酸催化加氢合成γ-戊内酯研究

【摘要】 将高活性的负载型Ir/CNT催化剂应用到乙酰丙酸(LA)加氢制备γ-戊内酯(GVL)反应中,对影响LA加氢的因素进行了讨论,并结合X-射线衍射(XRD)透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)对使用前后的Ir/CNT催化剂进行了表征,此外通过程序升温脱附(H2-TPD)实验对Ir/CNT催化剂的高活性进行了探讨.研究发现使用Ir/CNT催化剂在50℃、2 MPa氢压下反应1 h后可实现LA的完全转化,GVL选择性大于99%.最后通过升高氢气压力可将含有等量甲酸(FA)和LA的模拟生物质水解液高效转化为GVL.

【Abstract】 Ir/CNT,a catalyst of high-activity,was used for the hydrogenation of levulinic acid(LA) to y-valerolactone(GVL),and all the factors that affect LA hydrogenation were discussed.The variations of the fresh and used catalysts were characterized by XRD、TEM and XPS.The origin for high activity of Ir/CNT catalyst was investigated through H2-TPD experiment.It was found that an excellent GVL yield of 99%has been obtained at 50℃and 2 MPa H2.Finally the simulated biomass-derived substrates containing equimolar amounts of LA and formic acid can be converted into GVL in the presence of Ir/CNT catalyst with enhanced hydrogen pressure.
