【摘要】 目的调查社区结核病防治人力资源配置现状并分析存在的问题,为进一步优化社区结核病防治人力资源配置提供科学依据。方法采用普查的方法,对武汉市7个中心城区102家社区卫生服务中心的结核病防治人员进行问卷调查,采用χ2检验和广义线性回归的方法进行统计分析。结果每个社区拥有结核病防治人员的平均数量为1.1人;社区结核病防治人员学历以"大专"为主(40人,36.36%),职称以"初级或无职称"为主(64人,58.18%);参加工作以来接受区级结核病防治相关知识培训的平均次数为5.8次。结论社区结核病防治人员数量不足,学历层次有待进一步提高,培训效果有待增强。建议适当增加社区结核病防治人员数量,提高综合素质,增强培训效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the allocation of human resources of TB control personnel in community health centers in Wuhan,and provide basis for further optimizing the allocation of TB control human resources in community health centers.Methods All the TB control personnel of 102 community health centers in 7 central districts of Wuhan city were investigated.χ2 test and multivariate-regression analysis were used.Results The average number of TB control personnel in each community health center was 1.1.Most TB control personnel in community health centers were of academic college degree(40 cases,36.4%) and their professional title was "primary or without any title"(64 cases,58.2%).The average number of receiving professional training from district centers was 5.8 times since they took the job.Conclusions The number of TB control personnel in community health centers was inadequate,the qualification was not high enough,and the effectiveness of training was not very good.Therefore,it is suggested that the personnel number should be increased,the comprehensive quality of staff should be improved,and the training effectiveness should be enhanced.更多还原
