【摘要】 目的了解烤瓷冠修复对牙周组织的影响。方法选择临床病例146例,前牙咬牙合关系基本正常。烤瓷冠戴入6～8个月后复诊,检查牙周状况。结果操作过程视野清晰,无出血,牙龈得到很好保护,制取的印模及石膏模型清晰明确的修复体,未发现有牙周袋的形成。结论通过选择合适的修复体颈缘位置,设计合理,可以使牙周组织得到较好的保护。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of ceramic restoration on periodontal tissue.Methods One hundred and forty-six patients with a normal anterior occlusion were selected.The periodontal status were detected after wearing ceramic crown for 6-8 months.Results There was clear vision in operation,no bleeding,gingival was well protected,no periodontal pocket formation was found in preparation of the impression and restoration with clearly plaster model.Conclusion Periodontal tissue can be better protected by reasonable design and appropriate cervical position restoration.更多还原
