新型IGBT半桥串联他激感应炉主回路分析
Analysis of the major loop for the new half-bridge series connected IGBT for the separate-excitation inducting Heater
【摘要】 通过对新型IGBT半桥串联他激感应炉主回路分析,推导出该系统的输出功率与电容、他激频率和直流电压的关系函数,并做出一组函数曲线图,确定了对输出功率的主要影响因素,并计算出电容上的最高电压值,从而为选取的电容耐压值提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Computed the function of the relations between the output power,capacitor,separate-excitation frequency and direct voltage of the system by analyzing the major loop for the new half-bridge series connected IGBT for the separate-excitation inducting heater.Made a set of graphs of mis function,determined which is the main influence factor of the output power,and computed the maximum value of voltage on the capacitor,thus provided a theory evidence for choosing suitable capacitor.
