【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the current status of discipline service by investigating the knowledge service content,approaches and patterns of 13 domestic colleges and then makes analyses on the existing discipline service patterns.Lastly it explores a new discipline service pattern based on differential needs of user groups and disciplines,by involving innovative service model and structural discipline service.更多还原
