【Abstract】 The silence phenomenon of librarians widely exists in the library circle which greatly influences both the physical and mental health of the librarians and the routine work of the library.In order to decrease the silence phenomenon and to encourage librarians to offer advice and suggestions,the library should adopt the following measures: to cultivate the spirit of loving library cause,to strengthen the training work to librarians,to construct corresponding regulations,to keep the channels through which criticisms and suggestions can be communicated to the leadership,to make chief librarians lay emphasis on the suggestions,to further keep the management work of the library open and to construct the cultural atmosphere of trusting each other,etc.更多还原
