基于CS6716的1.25Gbit/s EPON光模块的设计
Design of 1.25 Gbit/s EPON Optical Modules Based on CS6716
【摘要】 光模块作为一个光电相互转换的重要器件,在光纤到户中起着非常重要的作用。首先介绍了EPON技术,然后提出了一种基于CS6716主芯片的1.25 Gbit/s EPON光模块设计方案,并对该方案进行了测试与总结。结果表明该方案相关性能较好,对实际生产中模块设计电路的简化和成本降低具有一定的参考意义。
【Abstract】 As a key component of photoelectric conversion,optical modules play a important role in the fiber to the home project.In this paper,the technology of EPON is introduced firstly,and then a design of 1.25 Gbit/s EPON optical modules is given,which is based on the use of MYSON CENTURY’s CS6716.Tests are also given to the designed modules,the results indicate that the quality of these modules are good,and it is helpful to simple the design and reduce the cost during manufacturing.
