【Abstract】 After the World War II,Britain had to evacuate from the Singapore Naval Base although it had played an important role as Britain’s military bases in Far East.The Britain’s evacuation militated active influence on the cooperation of ASEAN in its early period.It allayed the tense relation between Singapore and Malaysia;led Malaysia to put the position of regional neutralization,which upgraded the level of ASEAN’s political cooperation;improved the regional condition of Singapore and promoted it to participate the regional affairs;contributed the security cooperation in Malacca Strait.更多还原
