【摘要】 目的:探讨肝片形吸虫感染的有效治疗方法。方法:对我院住院治疗的7例肝片形吸虫感染患者进行临床资料分析,研究其使用三氯苯达唑与其它抗寄生虫药物治疗的对比。结果:7例患者均有相同的临床表现,阿苯达唑、吡喹酮等药物治疗无效,三氯达苯唑有效。结论:通过这次肝片形吸虫感染的治疗和临床分析,三氯苯达唑是一种具有良好抗肝片形吸虫药效的药物,对今后治疗肝片形虫病有一定指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effective treatment of Fasciola hepatica infection.Methods: An analysis of the use of Triclabendazole treatment and other antiparasitic drugs in the clinical manifestations was made among 7 cases of Fasciola hepatica infection in patients with clinical data and treatment from our hospital,and the corresponding treatment programs were compared.Results: 7 patients had the same clinical manifestations,which were that Albendazole and Praziquantel drug therapy were ineffective,while Triclabendazole effective.Conclusion: Though the treatment of Fasciola hepatica infection,Triclabendazole,as a good drug of anti-Fasciola hepatica,has a role in guiding the future treatment of Fasciolasis hepatica.更多还原
