水下焊接技术的研究发展现状

【摘要】 随着海洋工程的发展与深海资源的进一步开发,水下焊接技术的重要性愈显突出。特别是近年来,随着水下焊接技术的不断完善,其在核电、港口、桥梁等其他"涉水"行业也逐渐成为不可或缺的技术,为我国在能源领域长期稳定的发展奠定了牢固的技术基础。但是与欧美等发达国家相比,我国对水下焊接的研究工作起步较晚,仍有许多问题亟待解决。从焊接方法、焊接材料及焊接设备三个方面介绍了水下焊接技术在国内外的发展现状,并指出研制新型焊接材料和发展智能化的焊接设备是水下焊接技术发展的关键。

【Abstract】 With the development of ocean engineering and the further exploitation of deep-sea resources,the importance of underwater welding technology is becoming more and more outstanding.Especially in recent years,with the improvement of underwater welding technology,it is also becoming an indispensable technique in nuclear power,ports,bridges and other wading industries,and has laid a solid technical foundation for our long-term stability in the energy sector.While compared with Europe and other developed countries,our research work on underwater welding started late,and there are still many problems to be solved.This paper introduces underwater welding technology development status at home and abroad from welding methods,welding materials and welding equipments,and points that the development of new welding materials and intelligent welding equipment are the key to the development of underwater welding technology.
