微波-水热合成钛酸钡粉体及其表征
Microwave-Hydrothermal Synthesis and Characterization of Barium Titanate Powders
【摘要】 以钛酸丁酯和氯化钡为钛钡源,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,采用微波和水热二者联用的方法合成钛酸钡。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)对合成的钛酸钡粉体进行表征测试。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the Barium Titanium Oxide(BaTiO3) powders were prepared via microwave heating and hydrothermal process with Ti(OC4H9)4 and BaCl2,then NaOH was used to precipitate an agent.The products were characterized by XRD,FTIR and SEM.
