【摘要】 直流变换器分为输出稳压的直流变换器和输出电压不调节的直流变压器两种基本类型。LLC谐振变换器是一种实用的软开关直流变换器,研究的重点集中在输出稳压形式——输出稳压的LLC谐振变换器。通过对LLC谐振型直流变压器的增益特性曲线的分析,提出了LLC谐振型软开关直流变压器的设计方法,并完成了对优化设计具有指导意义的直流变压器的增益和效率的负载特性分析。最后,研制了一台LLC谐振型直流变压器样机,实验结果表明了设计方法和负载特性分析的有效性和准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 DC-DC converter has two basic types,including the regulated DC-DC converter and the unregulated DC-DC transformer.LLC resonant converter is a kind of practical soft-switching DC-DC converter,with the research focusing on the regulated form named regulated LLC resonant DC-DC converter.In order to increase the practical topology of soft-switching and high-efficiency DC-DC transformer,the unregulated form of LLC resonant DC-DC converter named LLC resonant DC-DC transformer is studied in this paper.The design method is proposed by the gain curve analyze of LLC resonant DC-DC transformer,and the load characteristics of gain and efficiency of the DC-DC transformer is analyzed specializing for optimal design.Finally,a LLC resonant DC-DC transformer protype is designed and bulit up.The experimental results verify the correctness and validity of this design method and the load characteristics analysis.更多还原
