变频器驱动下组合转子电机运行性能
Operating Performance of Combined Rotor Machine Driven by Inverter
【摘要】 用小信号模型分析4极组合转子同步电机变频器供电开环空载起动发生振荡的原因,指出电机振荡是由于电磁阻尼系数出现负值,通过在转子轴上附加机械惯性阻尼器来增大系统的阻尼系数,提高电机的抗干扰能力,理论分析结果表明合适的惯性阻尼器的粘性阻尼系数和惯量盘惯量增强了系统的负载能力。实验结果证明加机械惯性阻尼的组合转子电机的变频起动性能有了明显改善,电机的负载能力有了显著提高,与理论分析一致。研究表明,在转子轴上附加合适的惯性阻尼器改善电机的运行性能是有效可行的。
【Abstract】 Based on the small signal linearized method,the cause of the oscillation occurred in the starting process of the combined rotor machine driven by inverter was analyzed in the paper.It is found that the negative electromagnet damping factor can be the key point to result in the oscillation.In order to enhance anti-disturbance capability by making use of the mechanical damper on the rotor shaft,theoretical analysis results show that the reasonable damper can enhance systematic load capability.Experimental results show that the variable-frequency starting performance of the combined rotor machine with damper is significant improved,the load performance of the machine is also increased.A conclusion is drawn that the method of the damper installed on the rotor shaft to improve operating performance of the machine is feasible and effective.
