儿童颅骨生长性骨折的影像诊断与临床分析

【摘要】 目的探讨颅骨生长性骨折的发病机制、影像学表现及临床治疗。方法收集九江市第一人民医院生长性骨折患者5例,1例行X线颅骨正侧位片、CT及MR检查,2例仅行CT检查,2例仅行X线平片检查。结果生长性骨折好发于颅顶骨,表现为长条形、梭形、类圆形及不规则形骨质缺损,2例CT检查颅骨缺损边缘均见不同程度硬化边,1例CT检查缺损区见蛛网膜囊肿改变,并见脑实质内脑穿通畸形。MR表现为缺损区及脑组织T1低、T2FLAIR低信号改变。结论 CT、MR检查对生长性骨折的诊断和指导临床治疗有重要价值。生长性骨折一旦确诊应尽早手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the pathogenesis,imaging manifestation and clinical treatment of growing skull fractures.Methods A retrospective study of growing skull fractures with five patients who received examination including radiography(2 cases),CT scan(2 cases),and X-ray,CT,MRI scan(1 case).Results Growing fracture commonly occurred at parietal bone.Ribbon,fusiform,round bone defects in skull were found at radiography.Two patient’s CT scan showed the bone defects with the smooth sclerotic margin,the arachnoid cyst and porencephalic deformation were seen in defected region of skull.The MRI manifestation was hypointensity signal in T1WI and hyperintensity signal in T2WI near the fractures.Conclusion CT and MRI can diagnose growing skull fractures earlier and guide the clinical treatment.If the fracture is found,the best solution is to operate as soon as possible.更多还原
