多层螺旋CT及其后处理技术对颌面部骨折的诊断价值

【摘要】 目的探讨多层螺旋CT及其后处理技术对颌面部骨折的诊断价值。方法 68例颌面骨折患者均行多层螺旋CT扫描,对所有图像进行后处理,后处理技术包括多平面重建(MPR)、容积再现法(VR)。结果 68例颌面骨折经多层螺旋CT扫描结合后处理技术均得到清晰显示,并直观地显示了颌面部骨折的部位、形态、骨折块的移位情况以及颌面部的立体形态。结论多层螺旋CT及其后处理技术可立体清晰显示颌面骨折粉碎和移位的方向和程度,可以显示颌面骨骨折线和骨折块移位的空间解剖关系,在指导手术、提高手术疗效方面具有重要的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic and clinical value of Multi-slice spiral CT and Reconstruction in Maxillofacial Fracture.Methods 68 cases with maxillofacial fractures were all scaned by GE Lightspeed 16 CT,all the pictures were reconstructed with with multi-planar reformation,and volume render.Results A total 68 cases maxillofacial fractures were showed clearly by Multi-slice spiral CT and Reconstruction,It can clear show the space relationships of facial fragment displacement and tracing fracture lines.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT and Reconstruction has important value for diagnosis and clinical in assessing maxillofacial fracture,It can provide space relationship information and panorama of the maxillofacial fracture.更多还原
