首次脑卒中患者心理状况及心理护理效果分析

【摘要】 目的探讨首次脑卒中患者的心理状况及心理护理干预效果。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查67例首次脑卒中患者和60例健康体检者,结果进行对照研究;采用SCL-90分别在心理护理干预之前和之后调查其中55例没有使用抗焦虑抑郁药物的首次脑卒中患者,对前后两次结果进行对照研究。结果首次脑卒中患者不良心理问题发生率为56.7%,远高于对照组11.7%(P<0.01);首次脑卒中组的SCL-90总分、阳性项目数、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧因子得分高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);心理护理干预后,SCL-90总分、阳性项目数、焦虑、恐惧得分明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论首次脑卒中患者有许多心理问题;心理护理干预有助于患者心理状况的改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the psychological status of patients with first stroke and the effect of psychological nursing.Methods The Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) was used to rated patients with first stroke(observation group,n=67) and people come from the department of physical examination(control group,n=60).The SCL-90 was used to rated patients with first stroke Who had no been treated with anti anxiety or antidepressant drugs(n=55) before and after psychological nursing.Results The prevalence rates of psychological problems inobservation group was 56.7%,more than that of control group(11.7%,P<0.01).The total score,positive items and the score of the interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,phobia anxiety of the patient group are higher than those of the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).After psychological nursing,the total score,positive items and the score of anxiety and phobia anxiety significantly reduced(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with first stroke have many mental symptoms,psychological nursing can improve their psychological status更多还原
