28例乳腺癌新辅助化疗后的超声表现

【摘要】 目的探讨超声在乳腺癌新辅助化疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析28例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,所有病例均经手术病理证实。观察病灶的位置、数量、形态、大小、边界、内部回声、后方回声、有无钙化、腋窝淋巴结及血流分布情况。结果新辅助化疗后,病灶大小、血流丰富程度、腋窝肿大淋巴结数目不同程度减少。结论超声对新辅助化疗后乳腺癌患者的临床评估具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of ultrasound in breast cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Methods Retrospective analysis of 28 cases of breast cancer patients,all cases were confirmed by pathology.Observe the location of the lesion,the number,shape,size,border,internal echo,posterior echo,with or without calcification,the axillary lymph nodes and blood flow distribution.Results After neoadjuvant chemotherapy,tumor size,blood flow richness,axillary lymph nodes the number of different degrees of reduction.Conclusion Ultrasound of great significance for the clinical assessment of breast cancer patients after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.更多还原
