液基细胞学联合阴道镜在宫颈疾病中的诊断价值

【摘要】 目的分析阴道镜和液基细胞学联合使用对宫颈疾病的诊断价值。方法 2010年2月～2012年2月共对713例宫颈疾病疑似病例及普查病例实施了排查诊断,选择的方法为阴道镜和液基细胞学联合使用,其中有50例表现为阳性,对其给予阴道镜活检,并参照病理检查统计一致百分比进行应用评价。结果以病理检查作为参照标准,阴道镜的一致百分比为96%,液基细胞学的一致百分比为84%。结论阴道镜和液基细胞学均能展现宫颈状态,但两种方法的准确性都有待提高,有出现假阴性的可能,而联合使用可加强排查能力,提高诊断一致百分比。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the operation of the diagnosis of cervical disease, colposcopy, and liquid-based cytology combined value in use. Methods From February 2010 to February 2012, a total of 713 cases of cervical disease, suspected cases and screening cases to the implementation of the investigation and diagnosis, the method of choice for the joint use of colposcopy and liquid-based cytology, of which 50 cases showed positive, to give them the vagina biopsy, and in the light of the pathological examination statistics consistent with the percentage of application evaluation.
