强直性脊柱炎早期MSCT及MRI影像研究

【摘要】 目的探讨强直性脊柱炎早期骶髂关节炎的MSCT及早期脊柱炎的MRI表现。方法回顾性分析有典型强直性脊柱炎临床表现的24例患者早期骶髂关节病变的MSCT和脊柱MRI影像学资料。结果 MSCT发现骶髂关节炎19例,其中I级11例,Ⅱ级8例,阴性5例;MRI检查发现脊柱炎(Romanus病灶)13例,Anderson病灶1例。结论 MSCT与MRI在评价强直性脊柱炎患者早期骶髂关节炎及早期脊柱炎方面优势明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the MSCT of early sacroiliitis and the MRI imaging manifestation of the early rachitis for the ankylosing spondylitis. Methods The MSCT of the early sacroiliitis and the spinal MRI imaging data for the 24 patients with typical clinical features of the AS were reviewed retrospectively. Results MSCT find sacroiliitis 19 cases,11 cases in stage one,8 cases in stage two,5 cases of negative; MRI find rachitis (Romanus focus) 13 cases,1cases of Anderson focus. Conclusion It is advantage to the MSCT and MRI evaluate patients with the early sacroiliitis and the early rachitis,and with of recommendations to use.更多还原
