宫颈病变患者HPV分型检测的结果分析

【摘要】 目的对宫颈病变患者的人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的分型检测结果进行分析,探讨其意义。方法选取140例宫颈病变患者,通过采集患者的宫颈脱落细胞,应用PCR的方法检测HPV分型,对结果数据分析。结果所有患者共发现48例阳性,其感染率为34.28%;多重感染主要为双重感染,其中6和16型参与频率较高。结论 HPV亚型感染和宫颈病变关系密切,其检测对于宫颈癌的早期筛查、防治有重要临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To cervical lesions in patients with human papilloma virus(HPV) typing test results for analysis,to explore the significance of.Methods 140 cases of cervical lesion patients,through the acquisition of patients with cervical exfoliated cells,the application of PCR method for the detection of HPV typing,on the results of data analysis.Results All patients were found positive in 48 cases,the infection rate was 34.28%;multiple infections mainly for double infection,of which 6 and 16 involved in high frequency.Conclusion HPV its subtype infection and cervical lesions are closely related,their detection for early screening of cervical cancer,and has important clinical significance.更多还原
